I had a lovely time away and we'll probably be doing a few more little trips before my partner goes back to work at the end of this month. I'm not sure that I feel energised, but I'm certainly not feeling as 'manic' as I was before heading away, so I guess that is a good thing. I do know that I need to refocus somehow.
