		<description>Christine I think it&#039;s normal to feel directionless at times. I&#039;ve been a work at home mom for almost 4 years now (January will be 4 years) and every once i awhile I find myself in your shoes - stuck and lacking direction. 

It usually happened when I was overwhelmed or on information overload. I was always reading this or that, learning this or that but never applying anything which put me in the &#039;stuck&#039; mode. 

Sometimes you just have to step back, take a deep breath and focus on one thing. 

I don&#039;t remember if you were at the Monday morning breakthough session where Kelly told us about FOCUS: 

F - follow 
O - one
C - course 
U - until 
S - successful 

Hope you get out of your &#039;funk&#039; soon!</description>
